Approvely, Inc. is hiring a Merchant Support Lead to own and scale our merchant support operations from day one. You will start as an individual contributor, then build and lead a team, shape onboarding, and define scalable processes in a fast-paced payments startup.

You’ll partner with Sales, Compliance, and banking partners, drive KPIs, improve response times, and ensure superb merchant experience across onboarding and support in a remote-first US environment.

Qualificações

• 5-10 years of experience in merchant support, operations, onboarding, or payments.
• Experience with ISOs, PSPs, or acquiring banks preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and payment platforms.
• Experience in high-risk or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own all inbound merchant support tickets and requests.
• Communicate with acquiring banks to resolve issues (e.g., bank account updates, funding delays, transaction declines).
• Investigate disputes, payment errors, and technical escalations.
• Track and improve response and resolution times through better processes and collaboration.
• Partner with Sales to submit and track merchant applications.
• Gather documents from merchants for underwriting and onboarding.
