North is seeking a Merchant Operations Specialist to support internal sales teams, partners and customers through onboarding and ongoing account management. This remote role focuses on high-touch service for PayTrace merchant and ACH processing clients, ensuring accurate setup, pricing and timely issue resolution.

You will manage onboarding intake, escalations and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams, driving efficiency and exceptional customer experiences for high-value customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in merchant customer service and processing, preferably in the B2B space.
• Demonstrated honesty and integrity in professional settings.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding intake and ensure accurate setup of pricing and requests.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new partnerships.
• Review and manage pricing quotes with internal sales and customers.
• Escalate and communicate underwriting and risk matters to sales teams.
• Develop knowledge of company applications to enhance customer engagements.
• Respond to escalated issues and questions regarding products/features.
• Provide high-touch service for high-value customers, creating positive interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues quickly.
• Maintain SLAs and activation processes for new business onboarding.
