PayTrace is seeking a Merchant Operations Specialist to support internal sales teams, partners and merchants through onboarding, training and high-touch service.

You will manage new client intake, pricing quotes, escalations, and knowledge base updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth onboarding and strong customer engagements across our remote operations.

This role offers a remote work arrangement with up to 10% travel and a competitive salary package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in merchant customer service and processing, preferably in the B2B space.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.
• Reviews processes to maximize efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the intake process for new product account boards from external partners and internal sales.
• Facilitate onboarding and training new partnerships.
• Review and manage pricing quotes with the internal sales team and customers.
• Communicate underwriting and risk matters to sales teams for new merchant or partner boards.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company applications and products.
• Manage escalated issues and questions regarding supported products/features.
• Provide a high-touch experience for high-value customers.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to solve escalated issues.
• Maintain department SLAs during activation of new business.
• Manage and update content in the knowledge base.
• Investigate root causes of sales support issues and propose improvements.
• Assist in developing and documenting processes/procedures.
