Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Success Manager to manage a book of ~75 SMB restaurant partners, driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth. • 2+ years in client-facing sales roles.
• Experience with outbound sales owning a book of accounts.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Empathy with customer needs and goal-driven.
• Interest in AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound dials to existing merchants (≈75) using a prioritization framework.
• Establish goals and KPIs for restaurant partners and review performance.
• Advise on pricing, promotions, and product adoption to hit revenue and margin targets.
• Communicate with merchants by phone and email to monitor performance and surface risks.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to review partnerships and plan opportunities.
• Identify and support new store expansions and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with internal growth teams to pitch products to merchants.
• Persist through slower periods, testing new approaches and refining talk tracks.
