Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Success Manager to support and grow a focused group of ~75 SMB restaurant partners. You will drive outbound outreach, optimize listings, and guide adoption of Das hPass, Ads, and promos to increase revenue and visibility.

You will be measured on activity and outcomes, hit weekly and quarterly KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to identify best product fit for merchants. A hybrid remote/onsite schedule and travel as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-facing sales experience or similar experience in merchant onboarding.
• Fluent in Spanish with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage a book of accounts and track KPIs.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound dials to ~75 SMB restaurants and prioritize accounts.
• Set goals and review performance against targets with merchant owners.
• Advise on pricing, promotions and product adoption to hit revenue goals.
• Maintain ongoing phone/email contact to monitor performance and surface risks.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews and plan opportunities for growth.
• Support new store expansions and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pitch the right products.
• Stay resilient during slow periods and test new approaches.
