Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Success Manager to support and grow our SMB restaurant partners. You will manage a focused book of about 75 merchants, building lasting relationships and helping owners optimize listings, pricing, and product adoption to drive revenue on the platform.

You will be measured on activity and outcomes, including KPIs, revenue growth, churn reduction, and successful QBRs. The role blends sales, account management, and portfolio strategy with data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-facing sales roles.
• Proven ability to meet targets with activity and outcomes.
• 2+ years outbound sales experience.
• 2+ years in business operations or related setting.
• Experience owning a book of accounts with retention and growth.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets.
• Empathetic to customer needs and goal-oriented.
• Strong AI fluency or eagerness to adopt tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of approximately 75 merchants with long-term relationships.
• Hit weekly and quarterly KPIs including outbound activity.
• Advise on pricing, promotions, and product adoption to grow revenue.
• Communicate with merchants via phone and email to monitor progress.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews to identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal growth teams to pitch products.
• Travel as needed for in-person collaboration.
