Job summary

Retail Success, LLC in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Client Solutions Representative to join our fintech team. You’ll help with onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and portfolio management while learning merchant services and the software/hardware we support.

This role blends customer support with hands-on technical troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with an hourly wage of $18.00–$21.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year related work experience required (2-3 years preferred).
• Experience in technical support of POS solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides merchant services and technical support to existing and new clients and acts as a point of contact for inquiries; communicates via phone, social media, and email.
• Responsible for the efficient onboarding, implementation, and maintenance of new accounts while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Develops maximum potential of new and existing client relationships through excellent customer service techniques, knowledge of the company’s products and services, and our competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate client records in a PCI-compliant manner.
• Responds to questions, researches and troubleshoots issues for clients and business partners in a professional and timely manner.
• Programs and ships related hardware (POS terminals) and software.
• Develops and creates documentation and support for in-house and end-user use.
