Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Merchant Services department manager and assist with daily accounting duties
• Process accounts payable and manage fixed assets records and depreciation
• Review merchant applications, collect signatures, and support boarding/approval processes
• Provide technical support and respond to merchant inquiries via phone
• Monitor daily risk reports for potential fraud and communicate with merchants
• Balance settlement accounts and reconcile differences with interchange fees and NACHA files
• Assist in PCI compliance activities (SAQ, scans, ASV submissions)
• Develop staff by clear, factual communication and training
