Job summary

North is seeking a Merchant Operations Specialist to support internal sales, partners, and customers through onboarding and ongoing service. You will handle intake, pricing review, and knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth, high-touch experience for high-value clients.

You will collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, maintain SLAs, and continuously improve onboarding processes while operating in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of merchant customer service experience, preferably B2B.
• Strong integrity and high ethical standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to improve processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake for new product account boards from partners and sales.
• Onboard and train new partnerships.
• Review pricing quotes with sales and customers.
• Share underwriting/risk context with sales teams.
