Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Merchant Services Consultant to drive new revenue and manage Merchant Services relationships in a commercial banking segment. The role collaborates with Relationship Managers to tailor solutions, pricing, and risk, expanding client portfolios and cross-selling ONB products.

Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, delivering proposals, and guiding onboarding of Merchant Services while maintaining exceptional client service and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
• 5 years of Merchant Services experience preferred in/with Healthcare clients.
• ETA-CPP Certification preferred or commitment to obtain certification.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute plans to achieve sales goals and drive merchant fee income to the assigned segment and territory.
• Lead proposal generation, presentations, pricing, and industry trend analysis.
• Educate and advise RMs on new Merchant products and initiatives.
• Deliver an excellent client experience and enhance Old National’s brand in the marketplace.
