Portlandchristian is seeking a Sales Professional to drive growth in the Delaware territory. The Relationship Manager will focus on increasing revenue and merchants by building lasting partnerships with referral sources and existing clients.

The role emphasizes new account acquisition, consultative selling, and ongoing engagement to uncover needs, demonstrate value, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will work with bank partners and merchants to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Builds and maintains a network of bank partners and merchants who can provide sales leads.
• Sell new merchant accounts, whether self-sourced or referred by partners.
• Communicates with customers to identify product/service needs and proposes suitable solutions.
• Demonstrates the functions and value of products/services based on customer needs.
• Maintains communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and post-sale support.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of bank partners from which to identify new sales leads.
• Sell new merchant accounts, whether self-sourced or referred by referral sources.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs;identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
• Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Reviews and utilizes reports regarding sales activities including calls, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
