Job summary

Walmart Bentonville is seeking a cross-functional professional to bridge business operations and technology. You will partner with merchant teams to map workflows, translate needs into scalable designs, and rapid-prototype with Agentic AI and automation tools.

In this role you will lead testing, incorporate human-in-the-loop feedback, and collaborate with Product and Technology to deploy enterprise tools that improve merchant workflows across Assortment and Modular processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.
• Experience with business process engineering, workflow automation and APIs.
• Ability to translate user pain points into clear requirements and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with merchant teams to discover business needs and map workflows across Assortment and Modular processes.
• Translate business logic and pain points into clear requirements and solution designs.
• Use Agentic AI platforms, workflow automation, APIs, and analytics to build rapid proofs of concept with users.
• Lead testing and UAT with human-in-the-loop feedback and refine solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive execution from discovery through adoption.
