Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager of Technology Operations for Cross Border Automation in Bentonville, AR. This role leads centralized Global Logistics technology initiatives spanning the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, partnering with Cross Border Operations, U.S.

business, Transportation, Customs, Product, and Technology to translate operational needs into scalable requirements. The incumbent will own Global Logistics BRDs and backlog, drive prioritization, and engage through implementation,

• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics processes.
• Experience leading requirements discovery and building high-quality BRDs.
• Ability to translate complex operational needs into actionable technology requirements.

Responsibilities

• Represent Global Logistics and drive end-to-end perspective for Cross Border decisions.
• Own discovery and develop actionable business requirements for Product and Technology.
• Connect requirements across Cross Border Operations, U.S. business, Transportation, Customs, and GL teams.
• Own and prioritize the backlog based on business value, risk, dependencies, and scale.
• Drive implementation and validate delivered capabilities.
