Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own complex problems that improve customer experience, fulfillment performance, or financial outcomes.
• Use data to identify opportunities, quantify impact, and define success measures.
• Translate problems into clear statements, hypotheses, options, and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional solution design with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Ops teams.
• Build end-to-end plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and launch readiness.
• Create executive-ready updates and decision materials.
