The role focuses on linking WMS with automation, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and cost management while collaborating with partners across functions to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or related area.
• Option 2: 6 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize data analysis tools to generate insights, influence strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop and present clear reports and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Oversee process flow design and optimization to support supply chain and fulfillment operations.
• Mentor and guide teams to foster operational excellence and adherence to best practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
