Job summary

GreenSky LLC in Atlanta area is looking for a Client Growth Manager to oversee revenue and merchant Partner success across a defined portfolio. You will retain, grow, and activate merchant relationships, while ensuring exceptional service and driving adoption of GreenSky solutions.

The role demands 5+ years of sales/relationship experience, strong telephone relationship skills, and Salesforce.com proficiency, with flexibility to work Pacific Time hours as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or similar.
• 5+ years sales and/or relationship management experience; preferably in channel sales.
• Proven track record of success in a quota bearing position.
• Ability to identify problems and provide compelling solutions to a variety of merchant needs.
• Ability to develop professional relationships over the telephone.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com
• Experience in construction or consumer finance is a plus.
• Availability to work outside of normal hours and interact with clients on Pacific Standard Time (PST) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Account Retention—Proactively engage to prevent attrition or reduced use of financing solutions.
• Account Growth—Drive increased loan volume by growing use among merchants; include onboarding and training.
• Account Activation—Initiate outreach to target merchants to establish a relationship.
• Merchant Support—Provide timely support to develop loyalty and a great customer experience.
