Job summary

Responsibilities include building bank partner networks, selling new merchant accounts, identifying customer needs, demonstrating products, and maintaining satisfaction through ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, sales, business, communication or related field.
• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of bank partners to identify new sales leads.
• Sell new merchant accounts, self-sourced or referred.
• Communicate with customers to identify needs and suggest products/services.
• Demonstrates product value based on customer needs.
• Maintain satisfaction through ongoing relationship management and post-sale support.
• Notify existing customers of new products, services, and enhancements.
• Review sales activity reports and address issues in relationships.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
