American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Waco, TX to partner with the Store Team Leader in developing and executing a compelling merchandising strategy that elevates the guest experience and brand standards.

You will train and coach a high-performing team, drive floorset execution, replenishment, and sell-through while maintaining visual standards and guest-ready floors.

Responsibilities

• As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, develop and implement the merchandising strategy in collaboration with the Store Team Leader.
• Train and coach the team to uphold AE brand visual standards and deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
• Lead floorset execution, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments to maximize sales.
• Maintain guest-ready floors and ensure store is aligned with brand standards.
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, and development plans for associates.
