Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Store Team Leader in Waco, TX. You will act as the CEO of your store, driving daily operations, coaching a high-performing team, and delivering a best-in-class guest experience while maintaining AEO Brand Standards.

You’ll own the store’s business plan, manage staffing, scheduling, and merchandising, and lead teams to meet KPI goals with strong decision-making and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must love AE and Aerie products and represent brand standards.
• Experience leading retail teams in a store setting.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and time-management.
• Ability to develop teams and manage conflicts effectively.
• Proven ability to analyze reports to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
