Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead store merchandising, coaching, and floor execution to meet brand standards and guest-ready service.

You will train and develop associates, oversee stock, replenishment, and performance feedback, and drive daily KPIs with a guest-first mindset. The role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, and visual execution, with opportunities to advance within a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

Proven ability to drive sales and manage a high performing team.
Strong focus on visual standards and store presentation.
Experience coaching and developing talent to meet brand standards.
Ability to plan and execute floorsets and merchandising changes.
Knowledge of replenishment processes and guest-ready standards.

Responsibilities

As a key leader, drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and analyze trends to inform KPIs.
Coach your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing for business needs.
Provide ongoing feedback, development plans and performance reviews for staff.
Maintain daily merchandising, replenishment, and visual standards across all store zones.
Ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and uphold store safety and asset protection standards.
