Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Waco, TX is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to develop and execute the store's merchandising strategy. You will coach a team to deliver AE Brand Standards, ensure floorsets and replenishment keep the store guest-ready, and drive sales through excellent guest experiences.

You will lead by example, recruit and train talent, and uphold AE service, safety, and asset-protection standards while maintaining store operations and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• You drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• You coach your team to deliver AE Brand Standards and ensure the store stays in top shape through daily merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• You recruit, hire, and train strong talent to meet business needs and develop your team to provide outstanding service.
• You provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and reviews to engage and develop your associates.
