Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to partner with the Store Team Leader in developing and executing the merchandising strategy. You will train, coach, and motivate the team to deliver the AE brand Visual standards and exceptional guest experiences every day.

You’ll own floorset execution, replenishment, and performance analysis to maximize sales and present a guest-ready store.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a management role.
• Ability to multi-task, with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of employment law and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach the team to deliver AE Brand Standards and maintain visual merchandising.
• Recruit, hire, and train talent to ensure adequate staffing and development.
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, and development plans.
• Execute daily operations to keep the store guest-ready and compliant with policies.
