Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and ability to lead teams to achieve store goals.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
• Ability to train and coach associates, provide real-time feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver AEO brand standards and maintain floor readiness with replenishment.
• Lead by example, uphold customer service standards on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Recruit and develop strong talent to meet business needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching sessions, development plans and reviews.
• Ensure daily operations align with store policies, safety, and asset protection.
