American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to act as the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing merchandising strategy. You will train and coach the team to uphold AEO brand Visual standards while achieving guest-ready floors and strong replenishment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams with a focus on customer service and sales performance.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising standards and floorset execution.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop team members for consistent performance.
• Knowledge of employment law and store policy adherence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenish stock, and maintain brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop team to deliver outstanding service and performance.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Ensure store safety, protect assets, and adhere to company policies.
• Foster teamwork and manage short- and long-term business plans to hit KPIs.
