Job summary

Belk is seeking a Merchandising Team Manager to lead a team across store operations, merchandising, and facilities, delivering an excellent customer experience and driving key metrics. You will oversee inbound/outbound deliveries, replenishment, inventory, and fulfillment while ensuring presentations meet visual directives and company standards.

. 3+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
. Able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull heavy equipment.
. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead team in back-of-house operations: receiving inbound deliveries, processing, outbound shipments, and store fulfillment.
Direct front-of-house activities: product placement, floor sets, replenishment, pricing, and customer service.
Collaborate with selling and visual teams to maintain merchandise presentations and planograms.
Participate in leadership meetings to plan tasks, forecast receipts, and allocate labor.
Coach and develop associates, set priorities, and monitor performance.
