Job summary

Belk is seeking a Merchandising Team Manager to lead a team in store operations, merchandising, and facilities to deliver a superior customer experience and drive sales and profitability.

You will oversee inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory, and store fulfillment while collaborating with operations, visual, and selling teams to ensure accurate pricing, signing, and planograms. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and initiative to achieve store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations including receiving, inbound deliveries, and outbound shipments.
• Direct front-of-house operations: product placement, floor sets, replenishment, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with selling and visual teams to maintain merchandise presentations and customer experience.
• Attend weekly leadership planning meetings to align tasks with priorities and use planning tools to forecast receipts and labor.
• Mentor and coach associates to develop skills and improve performance.
