Job summary

You will leverage data and store guidance to plan labor and activities, communicate daily goals, and coach associates to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading visual merchandising or retail teams.
• Ability to analyze display data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Comfort with technology and store systems.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to execute product presentations per planograms and brand standards.
• Coordinate floor sets, signing, pricing changes, and inventory readiness.
• Communicate goals and monitor progress to meet store objectives.
• Participate in labor planning and budgeting for merchandising tasks.
• Support omni and operations processes to ensure store performance.
