Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and metrics.
• Lead back-of-house operations including receiving, inbound/outbound deliveries, and stock replenishment to maximize productivity.
• Direct front-of-house operations: product placement, floor sets, pricing activities, promotions, and customer service.
• Collaborate with selling and visual teams to maintain compliant merchandise presentations and planograms.
• Participate in weekly leadership planning meetings; use planning tools to forecast receipts and labor needs.
• Build team knowledge of merchandising, operations, and omni processes; coach and develop associates.
• Set clear priorities, review performance, and conduct coaching conversations to improve results.
• Drive retention and engagement by recognizing contributions and promoting team culture.
• Support timely recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding to maintain a ready-now bench of talent.
• Manage shortage control and inventory accuracy in line with asset protection standards.
