Job summary

• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Knowledge of AEO Brand Standards and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and floor sets.
• Coach and develop team, conduct performance reviews.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs.
• Provide real-time feedback and development plans.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards.
