Job summary

American Eagle seeks a full-time Merchandising Team Leader at our Roseville location to be the Store Team Leader's go-to for implementing merchandising strategy, coaching staff to meet AEO visual standards, and ensuring floorset execution and replenishment to keep the guest experience guest-ready.

You will recruit, train, and develop your team, drive key KPIs, and maintain brand standards across salesfloor and fitting rooms. Join a values-driven, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales.
• Ability to coach and develop employees to meet brand standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty through productivity and trends.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and floorset execution.
• Motivate and mentor the team to uphold customer service standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train store staff to meet business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to the team.
• Maintain store operations and visual standards across all zones.
