American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in Roseville is seeking a dedicated full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive in-store merchandising strategy and brand standards.

You will train and coach a sales team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure floorset execution and replenishment keep the store guest-ready. You’ll lead talent development, set performance goals, and reinforce AE’s customer service excellence on the floor and in the fitting room.

Responsabilidades

• As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, serve as the Store Team Leader's go-to in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store.
• Train and coach the team into great merchants delivering AEO brand Visual standards every day.
• Ensure floorset execution, merchandising and marketing brand standards, and replenish to keep the store guest-ready.
• Lead by example to motivate and develop team members, maintaining customer service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit and hire strong talent, provide ongoing performance feedback, and drive associate engagement.
