Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to serve as the Store Team Leader’s go-to for developing and executing the merchandising strategy.

You will coach and train the team to deliver AE brand Visual standards daily and ensure floorset execution, replenishment, and guest readiness across the store. You will lead by example, drive sales as a key Leader on Duty, and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class experience while upholding AE values and ethical

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a retail team.
• Strong coaching skills to train and elevate merchandise knowledge.
• Experience delivering on-brand visual standards and floorset execution.

Responsibilities
