Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by optimizing floor productivity, replenishment and guest experience while analyzing daily trends to influence key KPIs.
• Coach the team to consistently meet AEO Brand Standards in merchandising and floorset execution.
• Lead, develop and motivate store associates and manage performance through coaching and reviews.
• Recruit and train strong talent to ensure staffing aligns with business needs and store goals.
