Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Merchandising Systems Delivery Lead to drive complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on role is remote from the US East Coast with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

The position requires deep fashion/merchandising expertise and a proven track record delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites. You will lead workshops, manage multi-project delivery and engage with senior stakeholders while travelling

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote from the US East Coast, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada. US East Coast location preferred. Base salary is expected to be $150,000-$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
