Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions per corporate resets and seasonal updates.
• Handles opening/closing store duties: securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supervises daily activity of associates, ensuring performance and high service standards.
• Participates in onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with proper product placement and updated promotional materials.
• Ensures compliance with the Inventory Integrity process.
