Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages displays and signage per corporate guidelines and seasonal updates.
• Oversees opening/closing of the store, cash handling, and security readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Helps supervise daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Executes market plan with product and signage alignment and inventory integrity.
