Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted
• Manages opening/closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service and urgent issues
• Helps oversee daily activities of store associates and provides coaching to improve performance
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance
• Executes market plan with proper product placement and signage per corporate guidelines
• Ensures execution of Inventory Integrity process
