Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Englewood, CO is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store operations. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution while maintaining visual standards.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, floor leadership as MOD, truck execution, SISO, POG, and inventory integrity, training staff, and ensuring a customer-ready environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform store duties.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee trunk processing, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Plan workload and staffing aligned to business needs.
• Maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards.
• Ensure a customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing development.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
