Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager at a Loveland, CO store to lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planograms, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store through strong workload planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, policy execution, MOD coverage, entitlement to manage truck flows, and maintaining stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards while driving store results.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, and replenishment accuracy.
• Manage workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute in-stock optimization routines and proper planogram execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and timely price changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Drive shrink reduction through asset protection and team coaching.
