Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, aligning staffing and execution to business needs.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards for initial product placement and ongoing presentation.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy, integrity, and efficient stock movement.
