• Lead planogram execution and visual standards to maintain a customer-ready store.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and effective workload planning.
• Provide MOD coverage and support loading, stocking, and stock movement.
• Oversee in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy and store recovery.
• Coach and develop team members and uphold Asset Protection practices.
