Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of company policies and store standards.
• Provide MOD coverage; maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and merchandising flow to the floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy through retail routines.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support clean, organized store environment and backroom readiness.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movements, and pricing integrity.
