Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Merchandising to support the Store Manager in leading merchandising, store conditioning and team functions in a large-format At Home store.

You will drive performance, maintain in-stock conditions and deliver an exceptional experience for customers and Team Members. The role leads and develops the Zone Lead team, fosters collaboration, and helps ensure a safe, organized, and high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in big-box and/or high-volume retail.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ Team Members and managing $5M+ revenue.
• Strong knowledge of freight, inventory control, stocking and merchandising.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent communication, integrity and customer-focused mindset.

• Drive store operations to meet sales, profit, and performance goals.
• Hire, develop talent, and build internal bench strength.
• Coach and train to improve performance and internal career growth.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy aligned with financial metrics.
