Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a big-box/high-volume retail environment.
• Experience leading 20+ Team Members and managing $5M+ in annual revenue or budget.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of store operations to achieve sales, profit, and performance goals with a customer-focused experience.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent; build internal bench strength and succession plans.
• Coach and develop team to improve performance and internal career growth.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy to drive sales and profitability.
• Oversee merchandising: transitions, resets, product changes, and visual standards.
• Maintain organized signage and fixtures in the store.
• Lead efforts in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and shrinkage.
