• Proven experience leading teams of 20+ Team Members and managing $5M+ annual revenue/budget.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations to hit sales, profit, and performance goals while delivering a customer-focused experience.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent; build internal bench and succession plans.
• Coach and develop the team; support internal career growth within At Home.
• Plan staffing to labor model, scheduling, and payroll accuracy; manage expenses to improve profitability.
• Oversee merchandising, transitions, resets, and visual standards; maintain store cleanliness.
