Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership in big-box/high-volume retail.
• Experience leading 20+ Team Members and $5M+ revenue or budget.
• Knowledge of freight, inventory, stocking, and merchandising.

• Drive store operations to hit sales, profit, and performance goals while delivering a customer-focused experience.
• Hire and develop talent; build bench strength and succession plans.
