Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a Merchandiser/Store Team Member to enhance the shopping experience, stock and stock displays, assist with online orders, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training. This role may include front-end or other duties as needed and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to lift and stock merchandise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with customers.
• Maximize product inventory, process freight, and manage store displays.
• Support online orders, curbside pickup, and delivery where assigned.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders following company policies and safety rules.
