Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will work under supervision of the Market Sales Manager with daily guidance from the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build rapport with store personnel, educate customers on brands, and execute displays and projects with accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance are required.
• Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and staff on the features and benefits of client brands and products.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations and account aesthetics.
• Merchandise projects to ensure top execution and confidentiality of company policies.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities, opportunities and barriers.
• Know and use handheld device functions; report any issues promptly.
