Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to drive in-store execution according to company standards and client expectations. This role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily input to the Territory Sales Lead, supporting flexible hours and a dynamic retail environment.

You will educate staff and customers on product lines, perform resets and displays, and maintain accurate project quality to exceed client goals.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to additional locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance for heavier loads.

Aufgaben

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain account aesthetics and compliance.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
