Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will coordinate closely with the Market Sales Manager and Territory Sales Lead daily to ensure optimal product placement and shopper engagement.

Responsibilities include store communication, educating staff on product lines, and timely reporting on opportunities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all activities.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects up to 35 lbs., up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands and products.
• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy following provided instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics and ensure project execution compliance.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
